First, download kettle installation package from official website

Kettle Download URL: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pentaho/files/

Kettle Version: Pdi-ce-5.0.1.a-stable.zip

Second, upload the kettle installation package to the Linux server, and authorization and decompression

Authorization command: chmod u+x pdi-ce-5.0.1.a-stable.zip

Decompression command: Unzip Pdi-ce-5.0.1.a-stable.zip

After extracting, get a new folder: Data-integration

There is an execution file under folder data-integration: kitchen.sh

Execute command:./kitchen.sh

The help information in these kettle appears-rep,-user,-pass, stating Kettle deployment was successful!
