9) When opening and creating a file, you can check the permissions and give a message;

10) When the download is completed or an error occurs, the message box is displayed.

Iii. Running: After installation, double-click Netlocusts to run it.

Click the edit menu to configure the HTTP protocol, FTP protocol, and browser, as shown in figure-2. After bj is configured, click "OK.

After configuring the protocol, you can add a task. Click the edit menu to add a download task. Enter the download file address in the URL. See figure-3. In addition, you must specify a directory for storing the downloaded files.

Iv. Speed Testing: What I use is pu ?? The 56K modem was tested at a.m.. The results are shown in table 1, where no broadband network is used for reference only.
