After my Debian has been installed, I have reserved windows, but I do not want to display the Windows partition in the file manager after Debian boot, leave a record here, convenient to view when needed.

Use the Noauto parameter of Mount:

  • Create a mount point, such asmkdir /mnt/no_mount
  • lsblk -fList all partitions and details including UUID
  • /etc/fstabwrite a non-mounted partition in:UUID /mnt/no_mount NTFS noauto 0 0
  • Please replace NTFS for the actual type of partition you do not want to mount and the actual uuid=, you can refer to the current fstab in the format of the write, mainly parameters Noauto
