Linux Connection vsftpd (ftp: connect: Connection refused, 500 OOPS: cannot read config file), vsftpdrefused

Use the APT command to download the vsftpd program in the Ubunto15.0.4 Environment

In/etc/vsftpd. enable Anonymous user permission in conf (anonymous_enable = YES). After vsftpd is restarted, an ftp: connect: Connection refused error occurs when ftp localhost is used. Use sudo service vsftpd start, or sudo/etc/init. d/vsftpd start cannot be started. 500 OOPS: cannot read config file: error is reported.

After trying several methods, I tried to change the listen = YES in the/etc/vsftpd. conf file to NO. I canceled the listener port and restarted it.
