Format a USB flash drive using the MKFS command

After the computer inserted the USB flash drive, the first DF command to check the confirmation disk, you can format the USB flash drive into ext2/ext3/fat32 format, the specific command is MKFS-T ext2/dev/sdb (if DF see the USB stick mounted as/dev/sdb)

If not, then uninstall the USB flash drive, UMOUNT/DEV/SDB, you can see through the Fdisk-l USB stick is still in, but at this time with the DF command but can not find the USB flash drive, continue to execute mkfs-t ext2/dev/sdb (mkfs.ext2/dev/ SDB) The format of the USB drive is successful
