Gentoo:
Installation: emerge net-analyzer/bmon

Basic usage: bmon-o ascii-p eth0

For other linux systems, refer to the official site instructions.

Ii. bandwidth statistics vnstat
Official station: http://humdi.net/vnstat/

Gentoo:
Installation: emerge vnstat

For the first use, run: # vnstat-u-I eth0 ......

1. view the average eth0 traffic of the network adapter within 5 seconds:
# Vnstat-tr-I eth0

2. Network Card eth0 traffic within one week:
# Vnstat-I eth0-w
