1) Restart------Press E to enter edit mode

2) After entering edit mode, find the line beginning with linux16 and add rd.break at the end of the line.

3) Press Crtl+x to start

4) Mount the root directory in read-write mode

# Mount-o Remount,rw/sysroot

5) switch root directory

# Chroot/sysroot

6) Reset the password using the passwd command

Echo 123456 (set your new password) |pwsswd--stdin root

7) Create a file that resets the SELinux security context

# Touch/.autorelabel

8) Knock two times exit to restart
