Linux ssh service, linuxssh

To manage remote linux host services, the ssh service is used to manage remote hosts.

Run the command "rpm-qa | grep openssh" to view the linux host ssh package.

Ssh services are divided into server and client

Server:

Openshh-server

Client:

Openshh-clients

Xshell

SecureCRT

Putty

Ssh default port: 22

Ssh service start: service sshd start

Restart the ssh service: service sshd restart

Ssh service stop: service sshd stop

View ssh service status: service sshd status

Ssh configuration file vim/etc/ssh/sshd_config

 

If the ssh client cannot connect to the sshd server, it may be blocked by the firewall.

Firewall view rule command: iptables-L

Firewall clearing rule command: iptables-F

Disable firewall command: service iptables stop

Command: chkconfig iptables off
