(1) place a job running on the foreground to run in the background.

Kentzhan @ hadoop10-196-144-27: ~> ./Multi_run_serial.sh 20130320 2.txt 【ProgramRunning. Press Ctrl + Z to pause the program]

[1] + stopped./multi_run_serial.sh 20130320 2.txt

Kentzhan @ hadoop10-196-144-27: ~> Jobs [view job]
[1] + stopped./multi_run_serial.sh 20130320 2.txt
Kentzhan @ hadoop10-196-144-27: ~> BG 1 [Use BG [job id] to move the job to the background]
[1] +./multi_run_serial.sh 20130320 2.txt &
Kentzhan @ hadoop10-196-144-27: ~> Jobs [view job]
[1] + running./multi_run_serial.sh 20130320 2.txt &

(2) place a job running in the background to the foreground

Use jobs to view the job list and use FG [job id] to put the job to the foreground
