Linux HBA Card driver installation

Operating system: RHEL5.0
Device Dl580g5 HBA card: Qlogic 2343
Connected Storage: EVA8100

Specific installation method:
1. Confirm that GCC is installed, Kernel-devel package
#rpm-qa |grep gcc
#rpm-qa|grep Kernel-devel

2, FTP upload the above two packages to the TMP directory.
#tar-ZXVF hp_qla2x00-2009-03-17.tar.gz
#tar-ZXVF hp-fc-enablement-2009-09-02.tar.gz

3, first install HP_QLA2X00-2009-03-17.
#cd HP_QLA2X00-2009-03-17
#./install

#cd hp-fc-enablement-2009-09-02
#./install.sh

4, restart the computer, all OK

The previous installation method on IBM's PC server is somewhat different from this one. You may want to compile the kernel manually and modify the grub.conf configuration file so that the kernel with the HBA Card driver module is used by default when the system starts.
Fortunately, HP installs the kernel by installing a script, adding grub boot entries and setting it as the default boot, all automatically completed.

5, about LINUX does not restart the recognition of the issue.
It is generally found that the disk was not discovered by Fdisk-l after the EVA8100 was divided vdisk the past.
Try the Hardware Scan command again: kudzu, the result is the same. Can there be a way out?
