Linux in VMware cannot dynamically obtain DHCP solutions

First determine your own ETHX configuration no problem, I am eth0 DHCP get, configured as follows:

In fact, the configuration of the virtual machine and Linux is not a problem, the problem is my own computer, some VMware services are not enabled.
