1. Install disc (folder does not exist, create)
Mount-t Auto/dev/cdrom/mnt/cdrom

2. Change index file, specify read local file
Vi/etc/yum.repos.d/centos-media.repo
For node BaseURL add file:///mnt/cdrom/

3. Install with yum (install OpenSSL 32-bit version number)
Yum--disablerepo=*--enablerepo=c6-media Install openssl-devel-1.0.0-20.el6_2.5.i686.rpm

You can also access the folder/mnt/cdrom/packages Force installation
RPM-IVH glibc-devel-2.12-1.80.el6.i686.rpm--force--nodeps

4. Unmount the optical drive

Umount/mnt/cdrom
