2. Create PV

View PV:Pvdisplay


3. View VG
Vgdisplay

VG Name VolGroup00


4. Expansion of VG
vgextend volgroup00/dev/sdb1
Volume Group "VolGroup00" successfully extended


5. Check the VG

Vgdisplay


6. View LV

Lvdisplay
---Logical volume---
LV name/dev/volgroup00/logvol00
VG Name VolGroup00  


7. Expansion LV

lvextend/dev/volgroup00/logvol00/dev/sdb1


8. View LV

Lvdisplay
---Logical volume---
LV name/dev/volgroup00/logvol00

9. Expanding disk space


Expansion Partition: Resize2fs/dev/mapper/lv_root
