Linux modifies the Oracle database character set instance and the oracle Character Set

1. Log On As a dba in SQL * PLUS

Conn/as sysdba

> Shutdown immediate; (stop the database)> startup mount; (restart the database to change the condition)> alter system enable restricted session;> alter system set job_queue_processes = 0;> alter system set aq_tm_processes = 0;> alter database open;> alter database character set utf8; or> alter database character set internal_use utf8; or> alter database character set internal_use ZHS16GBK;> shutdown immediate;> startup; (restart normal oracle) > Select userenv ('language') from dual; common Oracle character sets include ZHS16GBK, AL32UTF8, and US7ASCII.
