Linux Modify directory and file permissions simple command to explain _linux shell

Problems encountered today, how a user such as WWW permissions replicated to my users?

Permissions for the directory representation: dwrxr--r--

Where the first character d represents the directory,-representing the character w is writable, and R represents a readable x representing an executable number for 4,2,1
The first group is file or directory owner permissions, the second group represents the user group for the current user, and the third group is the permissions of the other user groups
So the permissions on the control file are accurate to the group
