Complete deletion of Oracle databases under Linux OS details:
1. Turn off Oracle server and background processes
Ps-ef | grep ora
Shut down the database.
Shutdown immediate
2. Turn off the monitor.
Lsnrctl status
If it's open, execute Lsnrctl stop.
3. Delete the document below the $oracle_home
Erase the database with DBCA graphical interface
4./usr/local/bin three folders under the Dbhome oraenv coraenv deleted
Rm-f Dbhome
Rm-f oraenv
Rm-f coraenv
5. Delete the Oratab and Orainst.loc below the/etc
Rm-f Oratab
Rm-f Orainst.loc
6. Delete the orclfmap below the/OPT
RM-FR Orclfmap
7.[oracle@redhat ~]$ env | grep ORA
oracle_sid=ora10g
Oracle_base=/u01/app/oracle
Oracle_home=/u01/app/oralce/product/10.2.0/db_1
Delete all the files in the above catalogue
Rm-fr/u01
8. Delete Oracle users and Oinstall and DBAs
Oracle user must be deleted first
Userdel-r Oracle
Groupdel Oinstall
Groupdel DBA
