Linux ping plus timestamp real-time output to file background run

Source: Internet
Author: User

Run the background command: SETSID

Real-time output command: Unbuffer

Timestamp: awk ' {print $ "\ T" strftime ("%d_%h:%m:%s", Systime ())} '

The command is as follows: Setsid unbuffer ping 172.17.1.1-i 2 | awk ' {print $ ' \ t ' strftime ("%d_%h:%m:%s", Systime ())} ' >> test.txt

But there's a problem with this, you can't put it back

Finally ping 172.17.1.1-i 2 | awk ' {print $ "\ T" strftime ("%d_%h:%m:%s", Systime ())} ' put script ping-test.sh

Run: Setsid unbuffer ping-test.sh >> test.txt Normal ~ ~
