How to get Linux system to start the service program as soon as it starts?

Place the program startup script in the/etc/rc.d/init.d/directory. such as/etc/rc.d/init.d/under the httpd, this is a script program.

CD/ETC/RC.D/INIT.D/./HTTPD start

Equivalent to execution:

Service httpd Start

In fact, the service will find the corresponding script in/etc/rc.d/init.d/and execute.
