Linux Server DNS configuration loss handling

After the recent company has server discovery configured DNS, check that/etc/resolv.conf has also been modified, but after restarting the server or restarting network services (services Networkrestart), the DNS configuration is lost.

This service needs to be disabled by checking that the default system automatically starts the Network Management Service (NetworkManager). Here's how:

1. Off from start: Chkconfig NetworkManager off
2. Deactivate service: Services NetworkManager stop

3. Reconfigure DNS.

4. Restart the Network Service Services Services Network restart

5. Check Ping www.baidu.com
