Linux Server suddenly went down yesterday

I don't know why

There is no difference in reading logs.

This happens twice.

Are there any problems in the following? (some of them)

Jul 2 12:09:38 centos shutdown [2559]: shutting down for system halt
Jul 2 12:09:38 centos init: switching to runlevel: 0
Jul 2 12:09:40 centos restorecond: terminated
Jul 2 12:09:40 centos kernel: Kernel logging (Proc) stopped.
Jul 2 12:09:40 centos kernel: Kernel log daemon terminating.
Jul 2 12:09:41 centos exiting on signal 15
Jul 2 12:18:58 centos syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
