Linux system virtual machine installation VMware Tools

VMware Tools is a required installation tool for you to configure VMware virtual machines.

It can enhance display performance and improve user experience.

It can synchronize the time between the virtual machine and the host.

My colleague recently used the NBU backup virtual machine to invoke the VMware Tools tool for the virtual machine, which requires VMware tools for each virtual machine to run in good condition.

Windows systems are more installed, and VMware Tools involving Linux systems require command configuration, and different Linux systems are slightly different in how VMware tools are acquired, and the following describes VMware for different Linux systems Tools installation steps.

1. Choose Ubuntu System Virtual Machine A, right button > client > Install/upgrade VMware Tools, as shown in Figure 1-1.
