The terminal has always reported a message from SYSLOGD

Compiling the configuration file

Vim/etc/rsyslog.conf

Watch out for the blue part

# Everybody gets emergency messages

#*.emerg *


Restart Rsyslog Service

/etc/init.d/rsyslog restart


After a few minutes, you never see the annoying output again.
