1. SECURECRT connect to the Linux machine where the database resides, switch to Oracle user mode

   [Email protected] ~]# su-oracle

   Then log in to the database with Sqlplus and close the database

   [[email protected] bin]$ sqlplus/nolog//Login Sqlplus

   sql> connect/as SYSDBA//Connect Oracle

   Sql> Startup//Start database

   Sql> exit//Exit Sqlplus, start monitoring

   [[Email protected] bin]$ CD $ORACLE _home/bin//Enter the ORACLE installation directory

   [[email protected] bin]$ lsnrctl start//Start monitoring
