Fotoxx
Fotoxx is a Photoshop-like open source photo editing program that can run on a Linux system. Supports major image formats, including Jpeg,bmp,png,tiff and Raw. Fotoxx is primarily used to crop, resize, or retouch photos without using layers.

Macrofusion
Macrofusion is the graphical front end of the Enfuse tool. Macrofusion is a design software that integrates multiple photos into a larger DOF (field depth) or DR (Dynamic range). It can be used for macro enthusiasts or garden designers.
Installation method, Ubuntu users have PPA available, open the terminal, enter the following command:
