Linux under MongoDB installation

1. Download the compressed package

Wget-c http://downloads.mongodb.org/linux/mongodb-linux-i686-2.4.9.tgz

2. Unzip

TAR-XZVF mongodb-linux-i686-2.4.9.tgz

3. Move the extracted folder to/usr/local/mongodb

MV Mongodb-linux-i686-2.4.9/usr/local/mongodb

4. Adding to the path path

Export Path=/usr/local/mongodb/bin: $PATH

5. Enter the MongoDB command directory

cd/usr/local/mongodb/bin/

6. Start MongoDB Service

./Mongod

7. Enter the mongodb command line

./MONGO
