Linux under source code compile and install PostgreSQL database

I use the Postgres version of the source code for postgresql-9.3.5.
The system is CentOS6.5, which is 64 bits.

Read the README directly after downloading
Then read the install and follow the steps to do it.

I was compiling, because there are two libraries can not find, my system is not, so my configure parameters are as follows:
./configure--without-readline--without-zlib

Then the next step and the steps in the INSTALL are completely unknown and successful.

Then, there are several code examples that use LIBPQ in the source example.
All Postgres Server management tools are in/usr/local/pgsql/bin.
