Linux uses the Dmidecode command to view BIOS and SMBIOS, DMI, and other information

To do the low-level testing of the Linux system, it is sometimes necessary to focus on BIOS information (including basic information, detected CPU and memory, etc.). In addition to entering the BIOS at power-on startup, you can view BIOS information directly in a Linux system, typically using the Dmidecode command (and the Biosdecode command), and in Windows you can use "Dmiscope" Software (charging software, I have not used) to view and modify the BIOS.

The SMBIOS (System Management BIOS) is the uniform specification that the motherboard or system manufacturer should follow in order to display product management information in a standard format.
DMI (Desktop Management Interface, DMI) is a management system that helps collect information about computer systems, and the collection of DMI information must be carried out in strict compliance with SMBIOS specifications.
Smbios and DMI are open technical standards drafted by the industry Steering agency desktop Management Task Force (DMTF), but DMTF announces that the DMI life cycle ended in 2005.

When you use the Dmidecode command, all types of information are printed without any arguments, and "-t type_num" or "-t keywords" can view a type of information.
