Add: Turn on the NSCD cache service to speed up DNS resolution

Here's the start:
1. Install NSCD
yum install nscd
2. Modify the configuration file.
To modify the configuration using the VI editor:
vi /etc/nscd.conf
Add another line:
enable-cache hosts yes
As shown in figure:

3. Start NSCD Service
service nscd start
4. Test speed
wget http://bcs.duapp.com/lnmporg/lnmp1.0-full.tar.gz
The first time to use 5s, the second direct access to the cache download
