linux5+asm+oracle11.2.0.3.0 Installation Manual

1, database version and grid version number to be consistent
2, the grid version is lower than the Oracle version, you need to upgrade the grid version, or DBCA failure.
3, this experiment uses oracle11.2.0.3.0
4, the experiment was first adopted grid[11.2.0.1.0], and finally upgraded to grid[11.2.0.3.0]
5, the system uses the Linux red5,linux6 do not use, 6 does not support asmlib kernel.
