Linuxroot users cannot log on to-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. Today, a student came to me and accidentally deleted the "r" in the root name of the passwd file when installing MS. As a result, the root user cannot log on.

The first thing I think of is to use the boot disk to fix linux. Then I thought back and forth that I could use the single user mode and maybe I could enter the system.

To start the system, select

Kernel/... root = /....

Press the e key and add single

Press the B key to start, enter the system, edit the/etc/passwd file, and then reboot

You can access the system without using the installation disk.
