Tool is completely free of charge and can be used without installation. It is a set of conversion tools that automatically generate AVS and compress the output mp4avc format (supports playback by PSP, iPhone, Android, and other devices. The main output MP4 format is [PSP + iPhone] 480X272
Baseline@L1.3. Applicable to PSP models (including psp3000) and iPhone. This MP4 format is also the mainstream format for handheld devices. Of course, devices such as iPhone, Android, and M8 are also supported. This tool allows you to easily create a professional suppression group in the shortest time.

The software adopts AVS + x264 as the suppression core. Unlike some dummies that use mencoder to suppress the core. Mencoder does not support video scaling, subtitle loading, filter processing, and so on. Therefore, we use more powerful AVS for video processing and x264 for suppression. This is roughly the same as how megui works. Compared with megui, this software has the advantage of Automatic Generation of AVS and friendly Chinese user interface. Most of the parameters have been configured for you, so you do not need to manually configure the parameters.
