Literacy Tails Operating System (I), literacy tails Operating System
What is Tails 1.1?
Tails is short for "The Amnesic Incognito Live System. As a Linux release, Tails is derived from Debian (Debian is one of the most influential community releases ). Tails is designed to help users access the Internet anonymously and protect their privacy to the maximum extent possible. To achieve this, Tails has built-in tools for hiding identities and protecting privacy.
1.2 How to get it?
To get Tails easily, just visit its official website (https://tails.boum.org/) and you can see the Download Page Link in the upper-right corner of the home page. On the download page, you can download the ISO image directly, or download the BT seed first, and then use the ISO image under BT.
1.3 How to install the SDK?
Tails can be played in several ways: First, installed in a virtual machine; second, installed in a USB flash drive (or SD card); third, burned to a CD. For beginners, we recommend that you first use a virtual machine to train your hands. Because the virtual machine method is quick to use. For example, the DHCP service is enabled for common Virtual Machine Software (VMware Workstation and VirtualBox) by default, and the DHCP service is also supported by Tails by default, eliminating the need for you to configure Nic parameters (such as IP addresses and masks).
1.3.1 install on a VM
To use Tails in a virtual machine, first create a blank Virtual System (Guest OS). We recommend that you allocate 1 GB of memory on the memory official website. Then, set the ISO image you just downloaded in the drive settings of the Guest OS. Restart the virtual system:
No1. start the interface and switch to Chinese.
No2. click "yes" and then click "Forward"
No3. set the root password, which is a one-time password for this Session.
No4. click log on to enter the desktop. The system is OK.
1.3.2 install to USB flash drive
A little bit: Tails itself supports Live CD and Live USB. That is to say, it does not need to be installed. Therefore, Ultraiso makes the Tails image into the USB flash drive. This USB flash drive does not need to be installed. It directly runs the operating environment, and then enters the system directly after the BIOS is enabled or starts from the USB flash drive in the boot menu options, is it super simple!
1.3.3 burn to a CD
In the end, do I have to pay for it? If you don't know how to dial a disk, Google it yourself.
