[Literacy] what is xampp?

On the XAMPP official website, 1.73 is now available. However, "beautiful things are generally relatively simple, but simple things are not necessarily beautiful ". Therefore, this software is common to Linux and Windows, and I think it is not beautiful.

XAMPP is relative to lamp, and lamp is the so-called golden combination of Linux + Apache + MySQL + PHP. X represents a general system, currently, this includes Linux (tested in Ubuntu, Suse, RedHat, Mandrake, and Debian) and Windows (tested in Windows 98, NT, 2000, 2003, XP, and Vista ), solaris System (developed and tested in Solaris 8 Environment) and Mac OS X system. Test result remarks

The test results are not very satisfactory. They are much larger, but the practical things have basically not changed. In addition, the VM directory settings still exist. I have no patience to find out what the cause is. If you find the cause, let us know. So I do not recommend you download this huge object. If you are using a Windows system, we recommend you download the wampserver suite, the latest version of 2.0i. The key is that it is only 16 MB (smaller than the one I packed ), in addition, the Directory of the VM does not exist.
