(1) team development
- A group discussion meeting will be held at every Saturday at Room 315, building 1, Bauhinia. The seminar mainly summarizes the course content and project progress over the past week, discusses the development situation and focuses on solving the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered. Each member should report his/her personal experiences, exchange issues, and actively help other members.
- Every Wednesday and Saturday morning, the team is organized to conduct centralized development, implement or test functions independently or in pairs based on the schedule tasks set by the Group meeting, and expand the products in a timely manner based on the progress.
- An online meeting will be held from time to time, with at least three participants. It is mainly used to discuss minor function updates and Local improvements.
- Establish discussion groups to facilitate effective communication between group members at any time and provide methods for irregular online meetings.
- A 10-minute standing meeting was held before the centralized development. The team members summarized the individual development progress and encountered difficulties, extracted others' reports, and understood the overall progress of the project.
- All team members should complete the specified individual tasks on a weekly basis, submit them to the corresponding version library, and notify other team members in a timely manner.
(2) Team Management
- All team members must attend weekly meetings and conduct centralized development. The team lead should remind them one day in advance. In case of any change, the team lead should notify you in advance and determine the time for the change.
- The team members are allowed to be absent from regular meetings or concentrated development due to temporary issues. The leader or two or more Members are absent. The meeting time shall be determined by the leader.
- If you are late and leave early for no reason during regular meetings and centralized development, you should provide fruit to everyone in the next centralized development.
- The leader presides over the meeting and specifies a member to record the meeting. Based on the principle of short efficiency, the meeting will focus on solving development difficulties and developing further plans.
- The leader shall undertake the organization and coordination work within the team, improve the team cohesion, give full play to the advantages and expertise of each member in the team, and assign tasks or take the initiative to claim tasks according to the actual situation of each member.
- The team leader should regularly communicate with teachers and Ta, grasp the project development progress, and seek help from teachers and TA if necessary.
(3) team building
- Before concentrated development, you can share your feelings and experiences with the team members, as well as the setbacks and difficulties encountered during development.
- When important functions and periodic inspections reach the expected goals, the team holds a dinner party to enjoy the sense of accomplishment brought by team development.
- Each week, the team members need to maintain a certain amount of exercise and entertainment time and regular work and rest to ensure the efficiency and stability of the development process.
(4) Supplementary Provisions
- The interpretation right of the above articles of association belongs to the team manager.
