Previously, I wrote a WPF Loading animation with circular circles. Now I want to write a Winform Loading animation with circular circles.

1. Create a Winform project and add a pictureBox control named pictureBox;

2. Add using System. Drawing. Drawing2D to the reference;

3. The Form is named Loading. All the codes of cs are as follows:
