LoadLIbrary Failure GetLastError return 127 126

Reason for dynamic load DLL failure using LoadLibrary ():

1. Path Error (program is placed in the same directory as DLL)

2. DLL itself error (dependent on other DLLs)

1. Workaround:

   1. Put the DLL and EXE in the same directory

   2. Loadlibrary () and LoadLibraryEx ()

2. DLL itself relies on using depends.exedependency Walker (depends) to see which DLLs the DLL depends on
