Solution:

1. Check if the DLL file is missing.

2. Check the version numbers of Mysql.data, MySql.Data.Entity, and MYSQL Connector net, which need to be consistent. Landlord encountered the driver and MySQL Connector NET version inconsistency problem, upgrade MySQL conector net version after the problem is resolved.
