Logon failure due to AIX TELNET

After you press enter, the lsps-s lsps-a is added and the usage is reduced to 6%.

I thought the problem of AIX TELNET was solved. However, I found that telnet and ftp still cannot be connected. Does it need to be restarted? This is troublesome and requires an application.
