Problem: There is a time when the logon server always prompts: Remote Desktop Services is currently busy, so you cannot complete the task that you are trying to perform.

The reason for Microsoft's finding is thatthis problem occurs when the Csrss.exe process and some applications (for example, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Visio) are in a deadlock situation.

Workaround: Download a repair patch and restart the server after installation.
