Xinhua News Agency: the Los Angeles prosecutor's office announced on the 18 th that it had captured an 18-Year-Old New York young greaco. The young man was accused of sending 1.5 million spam emails. To clear these emails, the company that runs the website spent about $5000.
The Los Angeles prosecutor's office said it would be in violation of three serious crimes, including the Federal Anti-Spam act. If convicted, he may be sentenced to 18 years in prison, becoming the heaviest penalty for spam in the history of the United States.
