Today, the loadrunner12 is used for the pressure measurement, and the execution fails immediately, viewing the error message "License Manager is not initialize". Baidu did not find a solution. The reason was later found in the HP official community.

Environment: Windows Server2008+loadrunner12 Community Edition

Because Windows Server2008 has a DEP system (disk data protection), the License Manager for LR cannot initialize. The workaround is simple: Turn off DEP (there is a risk of shutting down and really doing the server carefully).

Close method: Open cmd As an administrator, enter and execute the command "bcdedit.exe/set {current} NX AlwaysOff". Restart, problem solving.
