What is worse than money is that you cannot see the future, or you have seen the future you don't want to become. In the traditional electronic industry, hardware is light and soft, but now is software competition. However, R & D software is insufficient and technology lags behind. On the one hand, there is a device constraint, and there is no or no scale in cluster, no available servers. On the other hand, there are few developers and they are dedicated to each other. This is not the strength of the team and requires a high level of personal competence, but the degree of professionalism is generally insufficient. The traditional closed traditional electronic industry is still relying on relationships and contacts, which is also related to products. enterprises like the Internet are already relying on the masses, eat in o2o mode. For me personally, the most obvious difference is that my salary is much lower, followed by no one communicating. The only one who can communicate with each other is that I am far away from the official website. Once again, I am directly under the momentum of direct leadership, not like a manager, the team is suffocated. I also know a lot of truth. I have read many books, but some things are not that easy to talk about. First of all, I should have a correct mentality. Second, we need to put down our posture and accept ourselves. We do not understand this industry, and we cannot do anything about software. It is more difficult to develop a chicken head than a chicken tail. Finally, in any case, you must have the skills to survive and then talk about the ideal. In traditional industries, Internet connection is inevitable under the current situation. Otherwise, it will be forced to transform. Any industry can be mastered in a short period of time and requires painstaking efforts to enter.

This gap has affected me for more than a year.
