Lu songsong: using Yahoo Pipes to aggregate Multiple blogs

Many of my friends asked me how I had three blogs with an RSS address on my blog. In fact, I used the Yahoo Pipes tool, which appeared very early. There are many advantages of RSS aggregation, such as facilitating users to subscribe to RSS and reading via mobile phones. Create your own Pipes

Register a Yahoo account and log on to http://pipes.yahoo.com/. Click Create a pipe. On the Edit page, click the "Untitle" tab to create a name for your project. Of course, you can also name it after it is completed.

Step 1: click "Fetch Feed" under "sources", drag it to the edit window on the right, enter the RSS address of your blog in the text box, and click "+" to add the RSS address.

Step 2: click the "Operators" arrow on the left, drag the "Sort" module to the "Fetch" module above, and then connect the modules.

Note: The second step is added because the output article list is messy by default. You can use the "Sort" module to Sort the articles and select "item. pubDate and descending indicate sorting by the latest date, so that the output RSS can ensure that the latest article is on top.

Step 3, there is a "Pipe Output" below, click the Blue Circle and drag it to the connection between "sort", wait for a while, or click "refresh" to refresh the preview, if the article appears as expected, it indicates that RSS aggregation is successful.

Bind a second-level domain name with Feedsky

According to the operation method, the three zblog blogs (main blog, micro blog, and Web Digest) are aggregated to an RSS address, and then the RSS you aggregate is written to Feedsky, using Feedsky to do a second-level domain name resolution, so that an aggregate RSS blog with second-level domain names will be made.

After entering Feedsky, click "Feed optimization" and select "Domain Name binding". For example, I entered "feed.lusongsong.com" and then set the CNAME record in the domain name management center. The value is defined as mydomain.feedsky.com .. Pay attention to com. You must have it. After setting it, the resolution will be completed in about one or two hours.

This article provides RSS aggregation for webmasters and bloggers. If you are a common user, you can also use Pipes to aggregate your favorite websites, such as creating your own RSS reader and aggregating multiple sites; write the RSS source that only outputs the abstract into full-text output. In theory, using Yahoo Pipes can solve any problem that does not output the full-text RSS or even provide the full-text feed of the RSS website.

How to shield pipe

Considering that someone will use Pipes to maliciously capture or mirror your website, you can directly block the "Yahoo Pipes" crawler on the server side, or add a meta tag to the RSS feed:
