Compile the dll in win to do the following:
The source code of lua has three important parts: luac. c lua. c and other c files.
Dynamic Link Library. Create a dll project. Add all c files except luac. c lua. c to the project.
Add # define LUA_BUILD_AS_DLL to luaconf. h.
Then compile.
