Upgrades can be divided into in-place and co-existing upgrades, and the following are the versions of relationships that support coexistence upgrades:

If your environment is OCS 2007R2 or Lync 2010, upgrade to Lync 2013 first to upgrade in place, or at least Lync 2010 with a coexistence upgrade.
If you are running an in-place upgrade, you must make a backup of Lync Server 2013 before you upgrade in-place, and then uninstall the Administrative Tools
The pool and database are then upgraded.
For Windows Server 2012, Knowledge Base article 2858668 should be installed before the upgrade. Download from here.
If you have Windows Server R2, please install Knowledge Base article 2982006 before upgrading. It is found here.

Mobile user's approach, which does not require user downtime (coexistence upgrade)
Offline mode, which requires downtime
In this article, I'll show you how to upgrade offline.
Main upgrade process:
Upgrade the topology.
Upgrade Pool
Upgrading Edge Servers
Upgrade the central management store (CMS) pool.
If you use the Kerberos authentication Web service, you must re-assign the Kerberos account and reset the password after the in-place upgrade is complete.
Upgrade steps:
1th Step: Install the Administration Tools and download the topology
2nd Step: Upgrade and publish the topology using Topology Builder
3rd step: Waiting for replication
4th step: Stop all services in the pool to upgrade
5th step: Upgrade front end pools and non-front end pool servers
6th step: Restart all upgraded server services
7th step: Verifying the Skype for business feature
Prerequisites for in-place upgrade:
List of all prerequisites mentioned here: Installation Prerequisites
Ensure that the entire Lync Server 2013 environment is installed with CU5 (Lync Server Cumulative Update KB 2809243): http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/ details.aspx?id=36820
Local SQL Express must have at least SP1 installed on the front-end (upgradeable with Windows Update)
Windows Server R2iis crash issues required for KB2982006:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=519376
Be sure to uninstall the LRS management tool for Lync Server 2013 before you run an in-place upgrade.
The LRS management tool for Lync Server 2013 cannot coexist with Skype for business 2015.
Start with a step-by-step upgrade:
1. Run the installation:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 423 "title=" clip_image002 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image002 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/78/wkiom1vj0l2hqnn9aafmfth54ki965.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
2. On the Settings screen, select "Connect to Internet Check for updates" To install the latest cumulative update for SFB Server 2015.
This is for future deployments and can save a lot of time installing cumulative updates.
650) this.width=650; "height=" 290 "title=" clip_image003 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image003 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M00/6c/78/wkiom1vj0l6g4-pkaaecfuqzhn8226.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
3. On the End User License Agreement screen, select I accept the terms in the license agreement, and then select OK.
650) this.width=650; "height=" 429 "title=" clip_image004 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image004 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/78/wkiom1vj0l_j8kwwaaifsnndrck506.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
4. The SFB installer will now connect to the Internet and download the latest updates
650) this.width=650; "height=" 288 "title=" clip_image005 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image005 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/78/wkiom1vj0l_hjhunaadwcv3wzsc660.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
5. Once the update is complete, the notification will appear on the screen, select Next
650) this.width=650; "height=" 289 "title=" clip_image006 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image006 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M00/6c/78/wkiom1vj0l_cyporaad-od-sz6q338.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
6. Whether the prerequisites for the self-test in-place upgrade meet
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image007 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image007 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mch4zqyaaggzywxa24942.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
Then appears:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image008 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image008 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mgact55aahs6daec9y886.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
Follow the prompts to manually force synchronization under:
Invoke-csmanagementstorereplication
Get-csmanagementstorereplicationstatus
650) this.width=650; "height=" 291 "title=" clip_image009 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image009 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M00/6c/74/wkiol1vj09osjn0kaafrtsedt2k320.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
But the problem is still, that directly on the CD to find the management tool installation will also be prompted not to install the old version of the prompt, then how to do?
I went to a domain member server that was not installed to deploy Lync, ran the SFB installation, which is primarily the management tool and topology builder for the installation of SFB, so I continue to upgrade the topology
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image010 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image010 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mlhl7wwaakoj3_ilji042.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
After installation, hit the open topology Builder to see more of the Skype for business Server 2015 nodes:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image011 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image011 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mlxndj5aagkpyx9prm522.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
Next we can upgrade to Lync 2013:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 399 "title=" clip_image012 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image012 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M00/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mox19swaahbcbktloq067.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
650) this.width=650; "height=" 239 "title=" clip_image013 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image013 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/78/wkiom1vj0mtq5lttaaeusx-8kmk707.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
The pool moved from Lync 2013 to SFB:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image014 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image014 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/78/wkiom1vj0msrsaljaafcxh7uriq381.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
Then we publish the topology and wait for the replication to complete:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 257 "title=" clip_image015 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image015 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M00/6c/74/wkiol1vj09azsqekaafkppfobvi995.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image016 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image016 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/74/wkiol1vj09fiwkzxaajxuufsxdq977.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image017 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image017 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M02/6c/74/wkiol1vj09iwk_pfaaik0pbeb7a587.jpg "border=" 0 "/>

OK, according to Todo, we need to stop all Lync Front-end server services when upgrading SFB:
Stop-cswindowsservice, if there is a pool pairing, there is no need to cancel the pool pairing, and the service will be stopped for multiple front ends.
Then run the setup upgrade again:
650) this.width=650; "height=" 484 "title=" clip_image019 "style=" margin:0px;border:0px;padding-top:0px; Padding-right:0px;padding-left:0px;background-image:none, "alt=" clip_image019 "src=" http://s3.51cto.com/wyfs02/ M01/6c/74/wkiol1vj09mdg_acaagwn-aq1zu425.jpg "border=" 0 "/>
Uninstalling the role is the longest waiting time, while discovering that the original Lync 2013 service is all uninstalled.

If not, then our Lync Server 2013 upgrade to Skype for Business Server 2015 is complete.
All that's left is to upgrade the mediation and the edge.
