Cause analysis:

1. The word preference is damaged.
2. The user account configuration file is damaged.

Solution:

Key point: the location of some files is different if you have installed Service Pack 2 (SP2 ). To check whether Word has been installed, enable Word, and click Word in the Word menu. If the version is 14.2.0 or later, you must use Service Pack 2.
