The first step:

wget https://pypi.python.org/packages/91/ba/5f16696d44c69df1d6a890adc60211183d2da90e8de4282d29d1475aba68/ Zbar-py-1.0.4.tar.gz

Step Two:

TAR-ZXVF zbar-py-1.0.4.tar.gz

Step Three:

CD zbar-py-1.0.4

Fourth Step:

python3.6 setup.py Install

The following experiment did not succeed

If prompted: Brew command not found
