Mac notes Error Nssqliteerrordomain error 8 workaround

Recently, notes on the Mac suddenly can't be opened, reported the following error:

Nssqliteerrordomain Error 8

At this point, if the system preferences, icloud can not open, error: Could not load icloud preference pane.

Open Applications-->utilities-->console and see the following types of errors:

/users/(my user name)/library/containers/com.apple.notes/data/library/notes/and Delete the other files: Notesv2.storedata-shmnotesv2.storedata-walsince notes uses SQLite to store the data, these and files were locking up the D Atabase and wasn ' t allowing Notes to open up and is for some reason causing all of the iCloud to get messed up.
