You often need to use a Mac to access the prjects folder on the PC. It is better to map a network drive, saving you the need to connect to the server every time.
There are two methods:
- The first method is valid only once. If the network is disconnected or the Mac is restarted, The ing will be lost.
Open the connect to server window and use the SMB protocol to access the network folder.
The folder appears on the desktop as a network drive.
Note that the finder configuration sometimes hides the network folder on the desktop.
- The second method automatically maps after logon, and it does not matter if you restart the instance.
First, map the network folder to the Mac desktop.
Open accounts-> Login Items
Drag the folder on the desktop. It will be automatically loaded at the next restart.
