Mac OSX Installation PIL appears some externally hosted files were ignored (use--allow-external PIL to allow).

The main reason for this problem some externally hosted files were ignored (use--allow-external PIL to allow) is that some of the dependent libraries for PIL are not yet installed

Need to install PIL's dependent libraries first

Installation steps

(1) First install Libtiff,libjpeg WEBP LITTLE-CMS2 Library through homebrew

Brew Install Libtiff libjpeg WEBP little-cms2

(2) then install PIL via PIP

Install Pillow
